What is Blockchain Forum 2018 – The Next Wave?
A continuously list of growing records, called Blocks, which are linked and secured using cryptography. An open distributed ledger that can record transactions efficiently, in a verifiable and permanent way.
Blockchains are secure by design – a distributed computing system. By storing data across its network, the Blockchain eliminates risks by data being stored or held centrally. This makes it suitable for Blockchains to record events, transaction processing, voting, food traceability, identity management etc.
Importance of BlockChain:
Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin are taking the world by imagination and are growing at an ever-increasing pace.
BlockChain is among the most significant tech findings of the 21st century and curiosity around this subject continuous to grow more and more.
Blockchain Forum 2018 – The Next Wave will bring together experts who will discuss opportunities, challenges and innovations that are shaping this ‘New Wave’. It is believed that Blockchain is among the key disruptive technology findings of the 21st Century.
While few central banks, in countries such as India, China, US, Sweden, Singapore, South Africa and the UK are studying the issuance of a Central Bank Issued Crytocurrency, none have done thus far.
